Our New Conference Centre
We have just completed our new Conference Centre facility.
This wonderful edifice is installed with all of the latest audio and lighting equipment, and can be adjusted to accommodate a group of fifty (50) to a group of two hundred and fifty (250). This facility can also be adjusted to hold smaller groups as follows:
If one is desirous of utilizing the entire Conference Centre, the rate is only $1000 per day. Banquet capacity – one hundred and fifty (150) people.
The front section of the Centre includes a stage and this area can accommodate up to one hundred and fifty (150) people. The rate for this section is $500 per day.
The back section (1/4 of the room) comfortably seats sixty (60) people. The rate for this section is $300 per day. We also have the Board Room which comfortably seats twenty – twenty-five (20-25) people. The rate for this area is $250 per day.
The Sunset Lounge
A meeting room of spacious beauty and panoramic water views, adjoins the Serendipity Room and can be found in the middle of the main complex. The Sunset Lounge is geared to comfortably providing any requirements that groups in various sizes up toseventy-five (75) may have, while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rate for this oasis is only $250 per day.
Serendipity Room
A warm, cozy and roomy meeting space nestled to the south of our Sunset Lounge,situated within the main complex. This room has a wonderful view and can more thanadequately be suited to the needs of any group size ranging from five (5) to forty (40). The rate for this gem is a mere $100 per day.
