Set throughout lush green grounds, our guest rooms are wonderful examples of traditional Bermudian architecture; like the old vine covered buttery and our white turreted roofs. Each ground level pastel colored building houses between two and nine individually decorated guest rooms.
All 70 air-conditioned guest rooms feature our lovely blend of beachside chic deco and warm traditional furnishings. Our motifs combine with bright island colors to dance unique light around each room.
Every effort has been made to create a stress free zone. The use of electronics is optional, allowing you to decide just how "connected" you want to be.
Room Descriptions
Complimentary cell phones are provided to each guest upon check in.
Each air conditioned room is equipped with desk, radio alarm clock, ceiling fans, coffee maker, beach umbrella, rain umbrella, iron/ironing board, hair dryers, beach towels makeup mirrors and more. Luxury grade amenities are provided in each bathroom.
Willowbank provides an exceptional sleep experience with the comfort inducing and ultra sanitary “Health Smart Mattress” by Simmons. All beds are dressed in 300 thread count triple sheeted linens along with wonderful cuddledown duvets.

Bulletin from the General Manager
At Willowbank we have always endeavored to bring you genuine kindness and professional service. As you know guest gratuities play a significant part in our staff's livelihood. Due to the many changes in practice within the hotel industry, Willowbank has found it necessary to begin the customary Bermuda practice of adding an automatic gratuity to all of our bills. This practice has been the Bermuda industry standard for over twenty years and we hope that you will understand that we must adjust our practices to be more in line with our industry peers. Please continue to support us as we institute these changes to the Willowbank gratuity system.
The gratuity rate of 15% will be added for all accounts beginning August 11, 2010. While this charge will be automatically added, should you be dissatisfied with the service please do not hesitate to let us know. We want you to be completely happy with your stay.

Deposit
2 times daily rate required to guarantee reservations, to be received within 21 days. Your deposit, less $10.00, will be refunded if cancellation is received 21 days prior to arrival date.
Tax
A Tax of 9.5% is added to all room rates.
Gratuities
There is a 15% Gratuity which will be added to your rates - unless included in packagage rates.

To minimize our rates, no travel agent commissions or fees are paid. Cash, Travelers Cheques, Certified Cheques, Money Orders, MasterCard or Visa are accepted.
